Please report damages, shortages, or defects to us within 7 business days by email at email@example.com, or by phone at 1-855-255-5309. We will respond back and issue you a Return Authorization. We are not able to accept returns without a Return Authorization.
Engraved pieces may only be returned for errors made by our engravers or for manufacturing defects. Items with errors made while ordering are not eligible for return or credit. Please check your spelling and grammar carefully and thoroughly before checkout. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar errors submitted by the customer.
